The website is operated by Sister Blooms, a floral design studio based in Los Angeles, California.

The website provides general information about Sister Blooms, our creative work, and our floral design services.

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It is not a binding offer, service agreement, professional guarantee, or representation that we are available for a particular date, event, location, budget, or project.

Submitting an inquiry does not:

• Reserve an event date
• Create a client, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship
• Require Sister Blooms to accept a project
• Guarantee availability, pricing, flowers, materials, designs, or services
• Create a binding contract

A project becomes binding only after the parties execute a separate written service agreement and satisfy any stated deposit or payment requirements.

Any proposal, estimate, deposit, cancellation policy, rescheduling policy, delivery requirement, substitution authorization, image-release provision, or other project term will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.

If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls with respect to that project.

Flowers and natural materials vary by season, availability, color, size, condition, and growing environment. Website images illustrate our style and prior work but do not guarantee an identical arrangement or result.

Any substitutions, design discretion, delivery terms, setup requirements, or event-specific obligations will be addressed in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

The website and its contents, including photographs, floral designs as depicted, graphics, logos, branding, text, video, layout, and other creative materials, are owned by or licensed to Sister Blooms and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. Unless Sister Blooms provides prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit website content
• Modify or create derivative works from website content
• Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
• Use photographs or designs in advertising, portfolios, mood boards, commercial proposals, or competing services
• Scrape, harvest, index, or systematically extract website content
• Use Sister Blooms' name, logo, or branding in a manner suggesting endorsement or affiliation

"Sister Blooms" and associated branding may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owner. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

For claims arising solely from use of the website, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid specifically to access the website, if any; or
• One hundred U.S. dollars

Project-specific claims arising under a signed service agreement will be governed by that agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sister Blooms and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, any legal proceeding arising solely from these Terms or use of the website must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California. You and Sister Blooms consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Your continued use of the website after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the website. They do not replace or modify any separately signed floral design service agreement.
